AMJET Gifts ships all items from our California warehouse via UPS. Expedited delivery at premium pricing is available on most shipments.

Cookies are strictly used to provide better products and services to our customers. Sensitive financial information, such as credit card data, is encripted and protected on line for our customer's privacy and security.

Returns & Replacements
AMJET Gifts will replace any item that arrives damaged. Damaged items cannot be returned for credit. A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for the return of any non-damaged items. All returns must be pre-approved or no credit will be given.

AMJET Gifts only accepts orders placed on line. All new customers must create an account prior to placing an order.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
              AMJET Gifts accepts payments through PayPal, and as such, a wide variety of credit cards can be used to pay for your orders. Prices on our web site are always discounted from retail, but from time to time we will offer additional promotional pricing. All rules related to promotional pricing must be followed exactly in order to receive the promotional price. Any questions related to price or the amount paid for an order, must be sent by eMail to john@amjetgifts.com in order to guarantee a timely response. Please provide the order number, date, and your question in your eMail , and we will respond with an answer as soon as possible.

Viewing Orders
AMJET Gifts customers can view their current and past orders by logging into their account.

Updating Account Information
AMJET Gifts customers can update their account information at any time by clicking on "ACCOUNT" at the top of the hoime page, and then "MY ACCOUNT". You will have to log in to youyr account if you have not already done that. You can change your billing and shipping address, eMail address, and contact information. When you are finished making your changes, double check to see that everything is correct.
